At 30 I Will Still Be 16

I just got my drivers license renewed. I just sent a renewal thing in the mail which all I had to do was sign. I haven't been to a DMV since I got my license. My new one now doesn't expire till I am 30. The interesting part about this is it still has my original crappy picture taken when I first got my license. The picture hardly looks like me at all. If it is strange for me to still have that picture now, how will it feel at 30.
I don't know if this is my 3rd or 4th license with the same picture on it. Does anyone know at what point you have to go in to the DMV and get a new picture taken?
How accurate are peoples drivers licenses? My picture is quite different, my height is about an inch or two off, and my weight is about 25 to 30 lbs off. I know of one person who now weighs at least double what is says on their license.
